Autodesk Increases Share Repurchase Program
SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Dec 10, 2004 (PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX) -- Autodesk Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the repurchase of up to an additional 24 million shares of the company's common stock. Combined with prior remaining approvals, Autodesk currently has Board authorization to repurchase up to a total of 34 million shares. In the first three quarters of fiscal 2005, Autodesk repurchased 21.7 million shares of its common stock at an average price of $18.42 per share.
